One of the next things that happened was that Jacob received his Eagle Scout. He finished his project which was repainting the SWAT practice house. He organized all the volunteers and when they were finished they were treated to a little demonstration by his dad and another SWAT member. The final ceremony was very nice. He gave his dad a mentor pin and of course I was beyond proud and wept openly when he pinned the mom pin on me. Almost can't even type it now! I'm a mess! We were just very proud.
