Yes. Bird butcher day. I know it may be a bit much for some of your tender sensibilities, but come on... we were cave men once. How do you think they did it? Maybe not with a tree snipper, but a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do! And I have to tell you, these were some of the biggest birds I've ever seen! They produced more meat than you'll ever see on a bird in the grocery store. Plus it was just so cool to go through the whole process of raising them from chicks and then butchering and processing. And it's pretty good eating too! We had such a great day.
