Mesa PD's Family Appreciation Day is always a fun event for us. It was held this year the weekend after Spring Break. It was a beautiful day. We got to see Dave's new toy; "The Bat"! It is this enormous vehicle used by SWAT for ... well, that may be trade secrets! It was cool to go inside and see just how big it was. You can stand fully upright in it and there is even a turret with a platform that lifts you out the top. You feel like a rock star when you use it.
