Ok, it's fall, you know what that means. Where do the Hagars go every year like some kind of masochistic clockwork? You guessed it. The Arizona State Fair. It's expensive, it's dirty, dusty, the air is almost unbreathable, yet we go every year and the carny people talk us into playing games that are unwinable and ride rides that scare the living daylights out of us. We ruined our diets on cold corn dogs and indian fry bread and spent 30 minutes of our lives that we'll never get back being lectured to by a guy trying to sell us a hot tub. BUT..... we won some games and the kids each got a couple of stuffed animals. They got to ride some rides and were pretty exhilarated afterwards, and even though the corn dog was cold, the indian fry bread was... um... there are no words. I love the indian fry bread. It just brings tears! We didn't buy the hot tub, but I did buy a new mop and my kids are so pumped about this new mop that they both have mopped my kitchen floor today! So, will we go next year? Of course we will. We'll go every year. And we'll complain and moan and groan and spend our money, but end up utterly and completely satisfied.
