Another sad goodbye...

On Monday, July 14th, I had to take Little Bit and have her put to sleep. The vet thought she was suffering from some kind of kidney disease. She was so terribly sick. I put off taking her for way too long, but I knew she wouldn't be coming home. It was so sad. She had been with me for 14 great years. I got her when I moved into my first apartment when she was just 7 weeks old. She was loyal to very bitter end! No matter how miserable she was feeling, she would always come when I called her. I really loved her. It's been tough on Beth too since Bit would sleep on her bed several nights a week these last few years. She misses her terribly, too. It's been a rough time. She'll be missed.
