A Busy Week!!

The last week of April, in preparation for Teacher Appreciation Week, I made two quilts. One for Beth's teacher, Miss Kerley, and one for the teachers at the preschool. I cut fabric squares and had the kids draw pictures with fabric markers and then sewed them together and made the quilts. They each turned out cute. On Miss Kerley's quilt, I had the class picture copies onto one of the squares. It was all done on the sly so all teacher's involved were very surprised. All except Miss Nancy who walked in on me cutting the fabric squares in my classroom. She was very nice not to say a word about it tho. I think she may have been afraid she wouldn't get her quilt!!
