On the Monday before Thanksgiving, Dave took our turkeys out to a friends farm in Queen Creek and began their thanksgiving transformation. They fulfilled their destiny and were delicious. My parents cooked up the white turkey on Thanksgiving and fed 16 people and we cooked our turkey on Saturday with a TON of leftovers!! We will definately be doing this again next year!
