You may actually need to sit down for this one......

Ok, so the Wednesday before the last day of school, the entire fourth grade at Jake's school went on a field trip to the Grand Canyon. Yes, you understood correctly. The GRAND CANYON!! And our own Father of the Year went along as an English speaking chaperon. They rented two charter busses and left at 6:30am and got back at about 7:45pm. About an hour and a half into the trip Dave texted me and said that some girl had just thrown up all over another boy and he was covered in puke. Awesome! On the way home the toilet on the bus broke and the entire thing smelled like a sewage tank. And there were so many more things that happened in between that I just can't begin to do it justice. You'll have to talk to Dave in person so he can give you the whole run down. It's a great story! I think the kids had a good time, tho. And Jake got a cool hat.
